Sure thing. Does the market close for lunch too? If so then people only work 2 hours from the time they start at "10 AM" to the time they step out for a dirty water hot dog at Noon? Then when they get back they have their afternoon BM which can take 30 mins or more. On this theory these people only work 4.5-5 hours every trading day. I want that job!
