I am told differently..The ruling in Florida was a stepping stone. Going to Canada, with the same suite, while hand delivering the 'Florida Suite' with the Florida judgement to the Canada court, AND noone contested or showed up for court.
Thus awards, and is going back to U.S. court, with the Canada judgement AND the Florida judgement, to get it on paper in the U.S. court, THUS will have to be paid for 'default', failure to respond.
