ct24: This is a Neomedia success on several fronts. First, it is the beginning of true revenue for the company - potential buyers from here on out will have to take that into account when discovering a purchase price.

Second, it sends the message out to the mobile tech community that their IP is being respected and licensed (better get in now).

Third, it has bearing on the Scanbuy case - Neomedia's missing out on actual revenue from Scanbuy due to their blatant disregard for the IP ("look judge, here are company's who are licensing our patents and here's what they're paying. Scanbuy has been evading this for _ years)
