Interesting how the day the MSFT/YHOO deal is announced is also the day the Mobile Tag licensing deal gets announced. As we all know, the former CEO of Neom (Chip Hoffman) is CEO of Mobile Tag and has been partnered with Neom. But SUDDENLY, today of all days, after years of silence, they make this announcement. Such coincidence...
FWIW, while this press release is certainly stellar and I feel rather certain this will prove as the first of many to follow, I simply do not consider this to be the huge deal that YA and Bena have made reference to.
I continue to await the huge news :)

What we think?
This is a giant step for NeoMedia and for the mobile barcode industry. But, I want to quiz Iain tomorrow on the price of the license and if different companies will need to pay more or if it is a flat rate fee.
I think that is important to know.
I suppose we will determine this tomorrow although I will likely continue to believe these two companies are linked with MSFT and YHOO.
