I believe this is much much bigger than "the former CEO threw us a bone" as it is a 1st in uniting Europe with NA under one unilateral agreement. Just look at Abaxa/MobileTags debth and breathe across the PWC spectrum in Europe and NA, and you will see they have deep connections and are wide reaching with carriers, government transportation agencies, media companies and a whole lot more. I think you will concur its a significant win for NeoMedia. Additionally, what better player to have affiliated with NeoMedia than CH who quietly put the ecosystem plumbing in-place and single handedly brought the standards bodies under one roof...no small task for any individual to accomplish in just one years time, especially when NeoMedia's reputation was "radioactive" when Chip took the reigns in Spring 07.
