I am a little confused, what am I missing here? All it says is they never used Robison before on any decisions. Please explain why this is a red flag?

No, tattle. That just means that Robison was not hired to look at the gap period before their hiring. They started work last week.
SPNG filing was reviewed when the last guy was suspended. We would have heard from the usual suspects if there were any problems.
