zzub, like you i'm not sure what the numbers were before and after the CC. i know some shares were still out i the market when the CC wa held. so dilution continued for a while after, even tho he had said they were officially through with financing.
as i understand it, there's a delay between when the financing is done, and when the shares finally hit the market.
maybe someone else who is more familiar with this process can contribute further.
