Thanks. I ran into some problems getting it.

First, it was so recent, it wasn't avaialble online, so it isn't really there for the public for another week. It was on the Amendment divisions desk in process.

Second, and a bigger problem, they charge $1/page for copies, and do not accept cash or credit. Only checks or money orders. All I had was cash and credit.

Fortunately, somebody had just brought the girls up there some sandwiches from Bennigans..big monte cristos...so they were having a good day.

I laid on the thick country accent, boyish charm...and she let me walk out of there with a copy of the amendment for no charge.

Was pretty fun, actually.

I have no way to get it in digital form where I'm at, but I'll try to get a copy of it online tonight. Will post on The Rage.
