No shares/No float. Total shares after the R/S was 2.5 million. An additional million shares went out, the rest S-8 (6 million) will not hit the market. So in all float about 3.5 million with about 2.5 million locked up in very tight hands now.
there are a few investors who have been accumulating and are now holding long term. that means those shares are no longer being traded. unlike one poster on this board (uhhh-hmm) that is happy flipping 20k shares for $50 profits, there are many more longs that are locking shares away until we are in the dollarS. less volume brings bigger price movement.
