I checked the SEC's website. There is nothing there about a Tom Ronk. I checked Google. Again, nothing. I checked the Pacer Court System. The only thing I found was something minor from years ago that was eventually dismissed. The judge called it a moot point, and who knows if that's the same Tom Ronk.

So exactly where did you find that SEC violation regarding Tom Ronk?
