mt8,i wouldn't want to be in there shoes they are going/have been covering i would think.SPNG should announce a dividend that would help light a fire under there!!!!!! glta

We were put on the list on Friday July 24th. This is our 2nd day on the list. However your link did show atleast some kind of # in regards to current FTD's.

"According to quarterly data provided by the SEC, there were still 5,289,804 shares of SPNG that were failing-to-deliver as of June 12, 2008."

Wether it has increased from then till now is not known, but we do know its not lower than .5% of the O/S reported in the Q3 which was 722m. As to be on the RegSHO list you need 5 consecutive days with Failing to Deliver shares amounting to that perctage.

Believe if you like but the source is suspect, to say the least. Started by a broker who was banned by the SEC.
