Cuz of the flippers, it aint going straight up....they ruin runs by selling and creating a top...When the chart changes and everyone starts to sell they are mostly out...add the final touch to push it over the edge and then the pps drops...They wait for it to base and start buying it back up after the shorting on the way down....
If investors owned it we would see a staircase rise in pps....
