DMc, I appreciate your honesty and efforts in trying to bring forth the facts related to The Blackhawk Fund. I know that many have been posting the facts for weeks, only to be ignored.

Finding the facts it's so easy here. The information about "who" Terminus, Inc. is has been known since the Spring of 2008 (it has always been on the Nevada SoS website) and was discussed on this board back then. Furthermore, the Company has been filing reports with the SEC - all people have to do is read them. All of this has been pointed out repeatedly in the past few weeks by various posters, including myself.

Since the new management took over last year, the Company has never misled investors. But it appears that some here are seeking to create confusion and cast doubt.

BTW, I hope you don't mind my pointing this out, but you didn't have to go through all that trouble to find out who Outcast is. Since the IR contact email address on Blackhawk's website is [e-mail], all you had to do was add the www to outcastcommunications.com and in 20 seconds you had what you wanted to know. :)
