That 12 million contract was a big hoax as written. I don't think EESO will see a million out of that.

Some of the things you post are completely FALSE.

For example:

"7 BILLION TOTAL JARED COULD DUMP WITH OUT WARNING BEFORE WE KNOW"

You posted this all in caps lock. You must have meant it.

Let me ask, how is Jared going to dump 7 billion "without warning before we know"?

The authorized shares is 5 billion. The last known outstanding is approx 2.1 billion. That leaves 2.9 billion.

Any shares issued, more than the 5 billion authorized, would require the authorized shares to be increased. The authorized share count is publicly available via the Nevada Secretary of State website. AGAIN... you post FALSE and MISLEADING information. HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH 7 BILLION???

Moving on... You post:

"Letter is dated March 23rd with a March 26th deadline!"
"Not a letter. Was this an email? Was it mailed? If the preparation date is the 23 and the due date is 26 maybe it was faxed."

Obviously, it was faxed. Did you look at the document? It is a fax. I thought you were a certified public accountant. Surely you must recognize a fax header. How would someone from South Korea get a document to Fort Wayne??? Maybe fax? I don't know... just throwing it out there.

And it is a confirmation fax, not the original contract... OBVIOUSLY. Get it? They are not going to release a copy of the contract. No companies do this. Show me one that has.

It is a follow-up correspondence, confirming the deadline of March 26th for the initial order of $54,000 to be shipped.

Oh... wait a minute.... was that initial order supposed to be shipped before March 26th??? Is that what you said??

"FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - March 25, 2009) - Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. ... Initial product for the deal shipped from Enzyme Environmental Solutions' facilities in Fort Wayne, Indiana this morning."

http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Enzyme-Environmental-Solutions-Inc-965816.html

Further to that point...

"The signed contract is a one year term and calls for a total $12M ($12,000,000.00) purchase of EESO's proprietary biotech and product for use in bacterial remediation in Chungju Lake"

You post:

"Standard hype."

I reply:

Standard propagation of fear, uncertainty, and doubt through posting of misleading information and spinning the truth.
