Hey seems the 504 argument is useless here. According to Brad RCC is a POS and no one would buy it, hence only selling 10K...

imo, it was just there never used because they never needed the $$...in fact it definitely could be for a salary/bonus, 10K, not bad at all!

You'd have to ask whoever is saying that. My point simply was that I wouldn't be getting all giddy over the fact that Gene could only sell $10,000 worth of stock in a $1 million 504 offering. I'm sure he needed the money or he wouldn't have done the offering to begin with. Perhaps that's the holdup on the merger, lack of money which he thought he could get by doing the offering.
