Actually, it was the only other report I opened. I didn't search for F's or anything like that. I searched the state of Nevada and saw Visa. I opened it and the "F" was sitting right there. They deal with billing which was the majority of the complaints on ISFL. I figured it was a descent match as far as the type of work being done.
The "F" could easily be explained that in this current economic crunch people may be trying to streamline finances. They could easily sign up for a service and decide they don't want it anymore, or it costs too much. There may be contracts. People complain when they make a decision, then decide they can't afford it, and the business won't let them out.
