It is just as misleading as posting up the BBB report showing an F. Really, what's the difference between an "A" or a "C" or a "B" or an "F". We don't know why it's an "F". One company had 1 complaint, the other had 54. Is that why they received an "F"? I don't know. Do you? Could they both have received the same score because the BBB has yet to verify the existance of the offices? What does that entail. Does the BBB have to drive out there and physically visit these places? I really don't know.
I don't know exactly what the "F" means. I just didn't jump to conclusions and post doom and gloom on the board because I know an "F" is bad from grade school. That is what most peoples reaction will be to your first post, and they probably don't know what the "F" actually means either.
This is pretty much a dead issue for me. If you own the stock, which I beleive you do, try not to incite panic selling with bad news. Sit on it and see what it really means. I've seen stocks crash based on T/A errors given over the phone and put out on message boards. I'm sure whoever posts the bad news sells first before giving out the info and maybe hops back in later.
