Many studies do not make a clear-cut conclusion, but only state, that we observed this and this, and it was correlated to this, so it may be this. Scientific studies of the effects of chemicals rarely give conclusions that are 100% certain.

Well... this particular study was not a "maybe". So there are exceptions.
