PJ333...I appreciate the info...also, just reread my post earlier and it didn't make sense b/c I lost my thought... happens at my age... I was actually trying to pose the question, w/so many NSS on SPNG, or any other stock for that matter, does that happen through single MMs or a group of MMs working together to manipulate the price? Or is it simply a case of the MMs trying to satisfy supply and demand without really knowing where all the shares stand?

My point, seems to me if it were something easy to regulate the SEC would be all over it. Perhaps, SEC just considers it a self correcting problem :-)
