#172096 RE: Homeport #172094

Hi Homeport,

I have to confess that I still remain completely mystified as to how STP intends to allow EEL and ERHE to select their respective two blocks (leaving aside the option blocks and possible problems thereof for now).

Despite your laudable efforts in relaying what you come across in the legislation now before Presidential signature, or in other related STP o&g matters, the horizon still has no visibility for us.

With respect to those statements (in all probability) alleging that JDZ/Blks 5 & 6 remain "unbid"....well, that little affair is before the LCIA (since last November), and to the best of our knowledge (tip of the hat to TamTam for this) no ruling from there has been handed down.

I am, as one poster has aptly put it, in the "small-oil" ERHE camp per the JDZ, but am bigger than most on ERHE's EEZ potential. (As far as establishing post-drilling proven reserves go ....certainly not taking about development and production).

In other words, for me as I have repeatedly said, ERHE's dowry lies on both side of the JDZ/EEZ fence. Thus, I am truly puzzled on just how it is going to get to keep the EEZ bit of this dowry......And this less than ten days before that all-important Oil Law comes into full effect.
