don't-snow-me ... True but as a general rule, planning commission hearings (& likely land purchases .. if not being leased) come well beforehand and as a general rule , are a long drawn-out process. Their may well be another as yet un-identified regional power authority that handles the particulars but even still, 'something' should show-up at the county level. The county websites appear to be grasping for (even boasting about) any positive employment & new green enterprises news ... seems they'd likely jump on this for their own PR.
