Paul Revere & The Raiders were the first rock group to be signed by Columbia Records. Between 1960 & 1975 the group has had 20 consecutive hit singles. Paul Revere & The Raiders have recorded 26 albums, of which numerous are gold.. In 1965-1966 the group was featured on the ABC TV five-day-a-week network show "Where The Action Is", produced by Dick Clark. In 1968-1969 Paul Revere co-hosted a weekly ABC series, "Happening" which featured the Raiders. In the summer of 1971 The Raiders' recording of "Indian Reservation" sold nearly 3 million singles, making it the biggest selling record for Columbia Records in ten years. Paul Revere & The Raiders did numerous TV & radio commercials. With over 720 television network appearances in the 60's and 70's, Paul Revere and The Raiders are the most televised musical group in the world. Paul Revere and The Raiders continue to pack in rock n' roll audiences throughout the 80's and 90's.
