You have to do what is in your best interest.I am holding and adding as funds free.I expect several pr's over the next ten business days.

No doubt they will seal the deal sometime next week.Everytime I ever bought property and offered the asking price It was excepted.Now he offered a little more then the ask.

If I was selling anything and asked xyz amount and anyone offered me what I wanted it would be gone.If they offered me a few bucks more I would want to kiss them.

Then you have them working the financial reports required by pinksheets next week.He stated they had been in talks with them.
