That's it exactly. The debatable question is how much Intel will be damaged and how effectively they can/will come back.

1) If AMD could produce serious amounts of A64's right now they would be sweating...
2) If Intel has not resolved their problems by this time next year they will be sweating, hemming and going, and just plain bullsh*ting everyone...but lets hope for the best...;>)
