The word I hear is nothing will happen til after the 31st when new naked shorts rule goes into effect. Looking to add some next week.

I agree with you sandman we should be moving up quite soon. It is tactically correct IMO for all of us to hold and add at these levels because of the following indicators:-

1. EREI has been receiving more attention.

2. Volume has been moving higher.

3. Food prices and a possible shortage of food has come back into focus.

4. All of these negotiations - the board must surely close out on some of them.

5. Hurricane season is with us. None of us want another Katrina but I think we all know what happens to the revenue stream and PPS if it does.

6. It does look like the bottom is in.
