The annual meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009, at 8:00 a.m. PDT, at the company's headquarters at 1650 Technology Drive, San Jose, Calif.
Quantum will provide live, listen-only telephonic access to the meeting and the question and answer session.
