Well VVV, there has been talk all along that they may start the buyback if/when they get LT Financing. Maybe this was just something he did not want to promise until/if LT Financing is in place and they know how much additional cash they have to do so. Of course, first priority should be to get the additional mill up and running to further increase our margins.
