I could care less what has happened to other stocks in this market, I only care about SPNG.. And to ignore 10q's to make your theory valid, and then go and say it is like a company that is nothing like SPNG is not a good strategy, but you are welcome to do and trade however you like..

Myself I like to be able to verify my views with the company I am trading SPNG... As that is what other investors are doing...

actually everything said concerning the volume is WRONG. the volume is not abundant, it is not stong like it use to be, there are obviously was less shares trading, and most of the shares that do trade are the market makers selling into themselves when the spread is disgusting, like .0015 or more of a spread. They just sell into themselves to try and find more shares(find a seller who thinks he sees major selling and should sell), but in all reality, if you want to buy the stock you must pay up. ANd if you own the stock, you can always sell it for the ask.

The volume is disappearing, and any person who owns SPNG is MAKING A KILLING. If you bought SPNG @ .18+ that doesnt make SPNG a bad stock, or SPONGETECH a bad company, it just makes that buyer a bad trader....

get with the program, I rarely even post here becuase I am making so much money I could care lesss now. This SPNG is just crowded with "clutter"

AND IH MY GOD, ARE YOU KIDDING ME ABOUT THE DISCLAIMER?!?! WE LIVE IN A DAY AND AGE WHERE THERE IS A DISCLAIMER ON EVERYTHING, ON YOUR MOVIES AND ON YOUR TELEVISION SHOWS, ON YOUR COFFEE AND ON YOUR PIZZA BOX. ABSURD LOGIC TO THINK THAT BECAUSE THE SEC IMPLEMENTED FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS 10 OR 15 YEARS AGO, THAT PRESS RELEASES HAVE NO CREDIBILITY...
MAKE A RICH BOY LAUGH....AS MY SPNG TICKS UP UP UP

I agree with you all the way. There are so many companies out there who sell shares and have a pipe dream, or even worse, with the sole intention of dumping shares to make a profit.

They have no product on shelves, they can't afford to advertise, and they certainly do not have anything in the back of my trunk that I use on a weekly basis.

I have learned to stay far away from these companies. The pinks don't even have to report to the SEC, for such things as we might see on balance sheets and income statements. And the ones that do report normally have such negative retained earnings that it will be years to recover, if ever at all.

Thank you for pointing out all of these things. It's especially refreshing to know that with a probable large amount of NSS outstanding, the company has chosen to let them play guessing games as to exactly what the price will be to cover.

And those worthless PRs from companies saying "we hope," "it is our belief," "if things go well," etc. Don't you just hate those? Nice that we are invested in a company who talks about relevant events like buying out the manufacturer and providing them a LOC and that earnings have surpassed what we once thought may have been inflated.

Thankfully, you and I are invested in one that is going to burn those shorts, huh? Glad you're on my side because you have pointed out excellent reasons why I made a good move in buying this at .007. Good to have you on board.

P.S. When are they bringing in the first string?
