Please note as per last 10q

os was Lowered from 1.25 billion to 722 million.

On top of that 133 million more shares were bought back and were to be retired...

Looks to me as you have a simple misunderstanding of what's going on.

I'm not concerened with the AS increase, I see that as a loan to themselves to fund their rapid growth. The OS is what determines the stocks value, am I wrong?
