Dusty, I see Ziner is Chairman...who's Lyon? &

1) mind me asking how you determined it was not a trade between MMs? and
2) Assuming it was either of the above, why in your mind would they possibly want to dump all these shares so close to the stock's 52 week low? Doesn't the same rules apply to them...buy low and sell high? TIA
