Karl Malone is not an EXPH board member. He was offered a position, but declined for personal reasons. I do not view this as a negative. He is still the largest non-insider shareholder, per JD, and has not sold any shares. This is all per my phone conversation with JD. Just wanted to clarify the Karl Malone situation based on what JD told me.
