Jonsie: There are new PR rules issued by the SEC in August of 2008 about PR'ing news on blogs and corporate web-sites instead of through the traditional channels. I have not read the new rules through. I have published the link in an earlier post about 1-2 weeks ago.

BTW, I hate the new rules, because they do not appear, in my mind, to square with the concept of fair disclosure.
