I checked the filings, and the IBox seems up to date. The company's second quarter ending June 30 won't be filed most likely until late August.

I agree. The info in the iBox is old, and we need to know how much the O/S has increased since then.
Can someone please try to get that info from the transfer agent?
I don't even know who it is.
