I do not agree with either of you. Not so long ago BMY made another low-ball offer, this time for IMCL @$60/share. Agreements by BODs were in place… Then LLY comes along[perhaps courtesy of activist Carl Icahn] and makes an offer of $70/share.

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing—BMY’s offer for IMCL was hostile and was never endorsed by IMCL’s BoD.

Imclones board was headed up by CI at the time and Imclone did not agree to the bmy deal.

If the Medx deal is to be upset it will have to be done in a hostile manner. I cash out today a happy camper.
