DAMASCUS, Md., July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Syndication Inc., (Pink Sheets: SYNJ - News), reports that on April 3rd, 2009 McCutcheon Marshall Jr., President and Chairman of the Board for Pinnacle Energy Inc., the wholly owned energy subsidiary of Syndication Inc., executed a Territory and Purchase Agreement with Methes Energies Canada Inc. Methes Energy is located in the Mississauga, province of Ontario, Canada and is in the business of developing, marketing and selling turnkey continuous flow biodiesel processor systems named 'the Denami 600.'


The agreement calls for the purchase of multiple 'Denami 600' units and excludes Methes from soliciting any engagements in the Counties of Williamsburg and Berkeley in the State of South Carolina.

If he did not already purchase I'm sure he will, as with most letters of intent if he does not make the purchase I'm sure he will pay a very heafty price for backing out. Normally the cost incurred do not make it reasonable to back out.

I'm sure a reasonable deposit was layed down along with the signing. Methes locked themselves out of selling to people doing buis. in those counties. They would not have done that without some moolah attached. LOL
