PCBM post - it's interesting and makes some valid points...
I agree that the cert pulling is probably not effective against MM shorts. I also personally believe that the whole MM short theory (in general) is over-blown. I believe it does happen, I would like to see the SEC enforce rules against it, but I don't think it is the end-all destruction of an OTC.BB stock - I think it's talked up as "the REASON" that a price doesn't go up. I also agree that excessive hyping and speculation about what this or that 'might' mean can damage a stock. I also think PCBM does indeed have good longer term potential and to focus on that makes more sense.
