The TA was supposed to be ungagged once we uplisted per the TA rules. I don't know if they changed their rules or what, as I haven't called them yet to ask. We have suggested to Clint/Nick that they NEED to change TA's ASAP. Call that a very strong suggestion...

I will say one thing. I called the TA of another stock last week, and the info was no better than what we get through the DE SOS. They would only give the A/S and the O/S.

I could have sworn that I got more than that with Delaware the last time I called, but cripes, it's been over a year since my last call..

For the last time, the TA will not give the info out even if Clint oks it because they do not want the 1000 calls a day from penny investors. I have heard of other companies doing this as well recently...I called the TA a couple weeks ago and posted this. EI has recently posted it as well cuz they actually tried to "ungag" it...

So enough...There is pressure on EI to do something about this. I suspect you don't actually care, so please stop asking...
