I dont know, but I would think the insider shares are included in the o/s. Right?

And increasing the o/s, the company sells those shares on the market correct? Thats how the o/s gets increased?

And I understand they control the share count, I understand they can increase it whenever they want. if they are authorized 10 billion shares and the outstanding shares are 1.6 billion they cant increase more than 400 million shares. that would take them over 2 billion. 5 times 2 billion = 10 billion.
