Everyone has been castigating Magellan for the numbers...if you read their press release where a "timeline" was given, they said that they needed at least two weeks of flow for the numbers. Everyone took that as "numbers to be released in two weeks". Magellan NEVER committed to a timeline...a timeline was inferred.
I agree, their choice of words could have been better, but there are variables in the mix that we do not know about. Magellan has to manage expectations now, and in doing so, everything looks like a fluff PR. All we are doing is speculating on PPS and the charts, then armchair quarterbacking the PRs.
Let's sit back and enjoy the ride. Today was encouraging and I increased my position like some did. I bought higher originally and was able to average down a bit. No regrets here. At least there is interest in the market, the stock, and the company. Today's movement showed that.
