stehvestor, I'm not here to defend Peter, and I don' know anything about these MP folks. I do have an observation however.

They were compensated by a "third party" with 220,000 shares of Automotive Capital Group, Inc.

It does not say or imply that SunnComm or Peter paid MP with these shares, but rather that they were from a third party (we don't know who). That being said, your last couple remarks may not be deserved.
