this is preferrable actually.. RME shares can be bought at cost at a later point.. if we are truly at the bottom i would rather see the company buy shares in the market
Nice catch Tiger--traditionaly the announced buybacks have been stipulated as N0n-RM shrs, since they already have buyback provisions for most (if not all) of those r144 shares (as well as any RM shrs that have become non-r144 do to time lapsing)
