has to do with facilities. A company does not need expanded facilities if it does not have any business. So far, ECCI has not announced any contracts beyond freebie tests and demonstrations. If I were management, I would not be pushing Crystal City for help in expanding facilities when there is no need for them.
Now, I heard there was a deal in the works in June. But there has been no press release about it. So I must have been misinformed or it fell through.
