He said on the phone last week that no increase in the authorised and no reverse split, so I don't see where you think the new shares are coming from.

I think we need some more news.

Remember that he canceled his stock and told me that stock was issued to the private investor.

I don't want to be party to any stock scam, but I am just going on what I was told and am holding. Yesterday's action showed that the ask moved up strong with volume. Some people seem to have taken profits at .0011 yesterday, which curtailed the momo.

I don't think we saw dilutive dumping at the ask though. Just IMO - when you see that, you see a ton of volume at the ask and the ask downticks.

What has changed? We know since last week from a reported phone conversation that the canceled shares will be issued in return for 1m in equity financing. That still looks like a solid deal for me. I just don't know why it is not spelled out as that in the filing. I also had anticipated more substantial news about the ongoing business acquisitions. For me, just looks like a another wait and hold....
