Today is the first day since early May, that we did not have after-hour transaction normally posted around 16:04:00 EST. However, TDAmeritrade watch list posted 10,000 shrs @ $.255 at 17:20:00 EST.
Also, I talked to the TDAmeritrade representative regarding the discrepancy with OTCBB tape. He said basically it is Pink Sheet. Reporting is sloppy. However, they are not aware of any software glitches and I personally don't think it was. My guess is that supposedly no one is allowed to trade after hours and their cut off time for the tape is before 17:20 PM. According to him, MM might not have reported these( 17:20, 20:10) transactions. I also learned that the data feed is from E-Signal.
For a 2 months and half, they was all sell transaction (VWAP with some discount) and for the last several days it turned into buy transactions.
