uftgrs1.....there are several commonly accepted methods which all lead back to the same place.....probably, the easiest thing for you to do is "google" the topic and you'll get all the info you need....

I think you'll find that generally everything (regardless of industry) revolves around gross sales vs gross profit because that tells a potential buyer about some costs and how long it would take to recoup his investment...."net" is rarely used because POTENTIALLY the "bottom line" has too many "fudge factors" incorporated into it....

So 8m + 15m = 22m

22m divided by 205m (o/s) is .107 a share

times a conserative PE of 7 is

.75 a share.
