Why do you think no shareholders got to vote on said "offers" LMFAO! Jared owns this company and nobody else.. That is the significance. When a CEO is flapping off numbers such as .10 a share, you have to put into question his integrity! I could buy EESO today if I wanted to... I'd go up to Jared and offer an undisclosed amount for his shares, and tomorrow there would be a PR stating new ownership..... I can't believe so many penny investors cannot understand this simple simple fact! That is why I keep "harping" on this issue. Nobody yet has come back with a reasonable explanation why anyone would buy common shares when taking over this company!!!

Better check the financials...there were 2 million preferred end of 2008. 1000:1 conversion = 2 billion common. Preferred's have control.

A/S had to be increased to cover an eventual 2 billion increase needed for a conversion. He then tacked on another billion to cover the 106 million increase that had already happened.
