Also note according to a previous PR (years ago now)

Meaning Identa will need to unseat at least one current defense contractor if they are to win the explosive detector competition. Possibly two current contractors, I don't know yet who the other unknown competitor is. Also note according to a previous PR (years ago now) Identa is now fully qualified to compete in any GSA contract competitions, a feat in itself.

Mistral being an Israeli company does prove foreign companies can win competitions. I think an investor's glass needs to be half full at this point until one could uncover who the "other guy" is and what quality of product they are bringing to the competition.
