#21000 RE: HALF FULL GLASS #20999

Half, Moro is the one who is claiming that Abbott is still an active licensee. I am just stating if that was the case, Abbott could be selling Dog RECAF.

Write this down and etch it in your memory.

1. I do not think Abbott is an active licensee in any form.

2. I do not think RECAF will have any significant market even if someone gets FDA approval.

3. I do not think BioCurex China will sell any tests.

4. I do not think Dog RECAF will develop any significant market with Moro doing self marketing and I doubt Moro can sign up any licensees.

5. Smithline will retain his lien and will not take stock.

6. And finally, I do not think Inverness will proceed with RECAF.

That is my position half and you may continue to post sad stories but it will not change the destiny of RECAF.

Half full stated: "In the past you wanted Dr.Wittenberg gone and considered him a negative to the company. You disliked everything about him...Now that he is gone you count that as a negative. Which is it? Wittenberg was good for the company or was Wittenburg bad for the company."

Half, you should read my response to "the bocx" on the day it was announced that Wittenber had resigned. I stated that I was neutral about his leaving. IMO, he was not contributing anything of value to the company so his leaving would not effect the company. I did agree that Wittenberg decided to leave and was not fired.

The real problem with Wittenberg leaving surfaced when the next filing indicated that he exercised over two million warrants and stock options. I then realized his intention was to no doubt sell stock. When it also became clear that he had not filed a 13D reporting a greater position than 5%, Wittenberg must have sold shares to be below 5% and sold them for 8 to 10 cents. Half full, that is when the red flags went up on Wittenberg.
