It is good news no doubt. It will be huge as soon as they actually sell a pbr and generate revenue. They had plenty of converstations, intentions, and a MOU with the Chineese since Dec. 2008 which sounded great at the time, but still nothing on that front.
What I like about this is that the Koreans may have solicited BEHL which would mean their name is getting out.
