I am not sure if you are purposely misleading people or just not staying on topic. We are talking about 2009 audited financial statements. we are not discussing possible compilations or reviews. Also, I dont think anybody has ever truly seen any of EESO's "true financial statements". I beleive Jared has quickly put together some rough numbers to give the stockholders something to go by that they were looking for; but no actual official financial statements (If somebody shows them to me, I reserve the right to change my mind on this issue). You state that the Q4 financials are "amateurish and obviously fabricated". This flippant statement by you leads me to beleive that you likely never got past the staff accountant position and therefore never signed off on any audit, review or compilation reports. As far as your assessment of what your partners may require for a first year audit of EESO in which you claim they would want to "audit the hell" out of the financials; You may just be right. If you were not aware, this audit is apparently taking place right now. Maybe it is taking so long because they have to "audit the hell" out of the financials????? Hmmmm. Last of all, I don't recall ever saying anything about ... "hard to believe an ernst and young auditor and cpa could look at eeso's 2008 released financials and say "ya, i want to invest". I sure hop0e you listen to your audit cleints better than you listen here or your numbers and audited financial just may be off a little.
